Shipments
THE COURIER
Shipping takes place by express courier from Monday to Friday during working hours.
To ensure that the delivery takes place correctly, we advise you to have the order delivered to the place where you work and to indicate your telephone number in addition to the delivery address, so that the courier can contact you in case of problems.
Shipping is carried out in Italy by GLS , SDA while abroad from DHL .
DELIVERY TIME
- 3-5 working days , barring unforeseen events (external causes and/or remote places) by choosing STANDARD shipping.
- 1-3 working days , barring unforeseen circumstances by choosing EXPRESS shipping
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
As soon as our goods leave the warehouse, you will receive an informative email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION in which you will find the shipping number that can be used to check the delivery status of your package online. Tracking via this number is activated after about 2 working days after shipment confirmation.
There are three ways to find out where your package is:
• Via the site you can click on " Track your order " where you just need to enter the tracking code (which you received by email) and the zip code to monitor the shipping status.
• Through the Shipping Confirmation email: in the shipping confirmation email you can check the delivery status of your order by clicking on the " Tracking " link.
• Through the reference courier's website: on the website, enter only the tracking code (which you find in the shipping confirmation e-mail) and click on "Search" to see the current delivery status.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
If you do not receive the order within a week of the shipping confirmation email, notify our customer service via the live chat at the bottom right of our site or by sending an email to servizioclienti@fantasiacalzature.it or by filling out the form in the section contacts or by calling +39 099 8272131 .
HOW DOES DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT WORK?
At a cost of €3.00, you can arrange delivery with our courier. You can add it during check-out.
It allows you maximum convenience and flexibility, you can arrange an appointment for delivery of the shipment by telephone with the courier: The appointment can be agreed with the recipient starting from the date of arrival of the shipment at the destination SDA branch and the date of the appointment delivery can be fixed within and no later than the following 5 working days. During the period in which the shipment will remain stationary in the branch of destination, awaiting the day set for the appointment, storage costs will not be applied. Delivery will be made at the time agreed with the recipient, subject to a tolerance range of one hour before and/or after the scheduled time.
Ancillary service, for a fee in addition to the shipping price, ideal for shipments for which punctuality is an indispensable condition for delivery. SDA will contact the recipient at the telephone number indicated by the Customer when requesting the service, to arrange an appointment based on the recipient's availability and compatibly with the delivery times envisaged by the service used.
In order to take advantage of the service, the customer must indicate the recipient's telephone number and references, by filling in the appropriate fields directly in the Technological Solution used or by writing them in the notes field of the paper Waybill to be filled in manually. The customer is responsible for the correctness/completeness of the telephone numbers entered when requesting the service: if these data are incomplete and/or incorrect, SDA will not be able to contact the recipient to arrange an appointment and, in this case, the shipment will be delivered in the standard manner and timescales provided for by the service used. The appointment can be agreed with the recipient starting from the date of arrival of the shipment at the destination SDA branch and the date of the delivery appointment can be set within and no later than the following 5 working days. During the period in which the shipment will remain stationary in the branch of destination, awaiting the day set for the appointment, storage costs will not be applied.
It is possible to request the By Appointment delivery service also for shipments accompanied by a manually filled-in paper Waybill by affixing the "Delivery Accessories" sticker and lifting the label bearing the accessory's indication, so to discover the identification barcode below.
